Dublin is in a small suburban city in Alameda County in the San Francisco Bay Area. Located in the Tri-Valley, and only 35 miles from San Francisco, it nonetheless has a vastly different climate. Summers are hot, dry and windy. Fact: Dublin is located right on the Calaveras Fault.

Some local favorite's include: Casa Orozco, a nice mexican resturaunt that has very nice portions, and Fuzio, located at Hacienda crossings, it's modern looking unique Italian eatery, there are several great places to eat in that general area.
