In the Cuyabeno Wild Life Reserve there are about 10 monkey species and more than 500 bird spices. The Cuyabeno Wild Life Reserve has the record of the most tree species per hectare (307). The Cuyabeno is one of the places with most biodiversity in the world

To access to the reserve is guarded by national park rangers you must take pluvial transportation be in a tour with and accredited guide.

The entrance is by pluvial transport, this transportation is offered by the local communities.

There have not been registered any incidents inside the Cuyabeno Wildlife reserve in more that 20 years of tourist operation in the zone. It's important to remember that you are traveling to a jungle, there are no mosquito due the rivers, but you must inform your guide and the staff of your accommodation of any allergy or illness that you suffer.
