Na'in (also known as Naein and Naeen) lies 170km north of Yazd and 140km east of Isfahan is the first desert town toward the east through the main route.

Kashan is the first of the large oases along the Qom-Kerman road which runs along the edge of the central deserts of Iran.
The Desert village Garmeh is a small desert village at the far east of province. It is 420 km far from Isfahan. The population of this small village is 260 plus 20 goats and 2 camels.
