Montego Bay offers shore excursions such as beach time, white water rafting, snorkeling, dolphin swims, and trips to visit Negril, Jamaica. Grand Cayman offers catamaran sailings, snorkeling, scuba diving, Jeep tours, snuba, trolley rides, swimming with stingrays, and beach excursions. Cozumel’s excursions include trips to an adventure park, submarine tour, scuba diving, Jeep tours, deep sea fishing, party boats, Mayan Jungle adventures, parasailing, and beach time.

The Carnival Conquest offers on board entertainment and swimming. The ship has a two pools, plus a children's swimming pool, a waterslide, and hot tubs. The ship also offers daily and nightly entertainment in the form of poolside games, comedians, magicians, production shows, singers, and other entertainers. Carnival also provides its guests with a daily Carnival Caper which is a daily itinerary that outlines each day's activities. For children, Club Carnival provides daily organized activities for children 2-14. Teens, ages 15-17, can enjoy Club O2 which provides organized activities, theme parties, games, and teen-only lounges on board. On board there is also a casino, library, dance club, lounges, bars, shopping, salons, spa, and gym for guests to enjoy.
