Burlington [1] is a city in Southeast Iowa. It is on the Mississippi River and has a population of about 27,000.

Amtrak's passenger train the California Zephyr stops in Burlington on its runs between Chicago and San Francisco.
American Connection, an affiliate of American Airlines, has three flights a day from St Louis to Southeast Iowa Regional Airport,[2] about five miles south of town. The flights take between 51 and 60 minutes.
