Bridlington is a seaside town in East Yorkshire. Get in By Road Leave the M62 at Howden, then take the A614. By Rail Trains run from Hull and Scarborough. Get around See The harbour and fishing port. The Old Town. About half a mile inland from the port area Do Sandy beaches. Small funfare and ammusement arcades by the North Beach. Boat trips from the harbour, including speedboat rides. John Bull Rock Factory tour 2 miles south of the town. Buy Freshly caught fish. Eat There are several Fish and Chip shops near the harbour. It is a 6 mile journey to visit the lighthouse at the end. Bempton Clifs The 100m high clifs, 6 miles north of Bridlington, are part of a a nature reserve, best known for its breeding seabirds.
