Bonito (Mato Grosso do Sul)

Bonito is a city in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, Is the heart of eco-tourism in Brazil. The optimum period to visit is between December and March, during the rainy season, with green vegetation, abundant food for the animals and rivers are high. Between May and August there is limited rain which means the waterfalls are not as spectacular, but this is still a great time to visit the other sights.

There´s have a nice places to do Snorkling,explore caves ,horse ridding and beatyfull walks, But make sure about the transportation to get there, in Bonito sometimes you dont really need to go far to do a such nice things everything depeding how do they organize the tours for you. And for everything we need to go to a Tour Operator or Travel Agency and they send you with a local guides.(mosttly of the guides in Bonito they dont speak English or even good Spanish.) But the other good choice you can make your trips better if you contact Mirjam goering or Marcello yndio a native indian guide from www.explorepantanal.com(info@explorepantana.com) who really know a lot about Pantanal and Bonito, they also are poliglote guides and they know a very beautyfull places where you dont need guide with you.
