Bilaspur is the second largest city in Chhattisgarh, India after the capital, Raipur.

Bilsapur and its surroundings are home to the temples built in the 10th and 11th Century by the Kalachuri dynasty. Amarkantak is also near where the River Narmada originates. Kanan Pendari zoo and bilasa taal are also very famous places in Bilaspur.
