Bilaspur is a district in Himachal Pradesh.

Bilaspur district is situated in Satluj valley in the outer hills and covers area of 1,167 sq km. Its boundaries touch Una, Hamirpur, Mandi and Solan districts. Satluj is the main river which passes through the middle of the district and divides it into almost equal parts.

Bilaspur also has a hidden asset known as Govind Sagar Lake which is actually a water reservior of The Bhakhra Dam 93 kms away. There is an Old Shiv Temple, which is in the water most of the time but comes out in winter when the water is low.

Hotel Neelam, tel: (01978) 222474 & 223873. - There are quite a few hotels in the main town area. However, Hotel Neelam is the best in the area. It has been in service since 1965 and has a long tradition in hospitality and is definitly the perfect way to experince small town life
