Probably the easiest way to get into Bełchatów from Łódż is to head south on the international E75 highway, then around Piotrków Trybunalski merge westward onto the E67 as if you were heading toward Wrocław.
Of course, if you're heading toward Bełchatów from Wrocław simply follow the E67 until you arrive in Bełchatów.

To get to the city from Katowice Airport, take the S1 road from the Airport heading Katowice/Krakow, then turn DK1 road heading Warszawa/Łódź. In about an hour turn left in Kamieńsk into DW484 heading Bełchatów.
