Basin is a city in Northwest Wyoming, in the United States of America.

Basin is the largest city in Big Horn County and is the county seat. It has a population of about 1,200 and is at an elevation of 3,878 ft (1,182 m). It is in the Moutain Time Zone and observes daylight saving time.
