Tram (both lines) from Syntagma Square will take you here. You can also take the metro from Syntagma or Omonoia (the line Ag. Antonios - Ag Dimitrios) until the stop Neos Kosmos and then take the tram just outside the metro station for a couple stops. Another pretty fast option is to take the buslines 134, 135, 136, 137 from the old parliament at Stadiou Street near Syntagma Square and go till the alsos of Nea Smyrni.
