Ardoch is a small town in Walsh County, in the northeastern area of North Dakota. It has a population of about 61 people. Coordinates are latitude 48.21 N and longitude 97.34 W. Its elevation is 825 feet.

Originally named Claire when it was founded in 1881, it was later renamed Kimball. The first postmaster, John Stevenson, finally renamed it Ardoch, after his home town in Canada.
