In real time however - driving from Portland to Albany takes about an hour and a half. If traffic is heavy it could be longer than two hours. Traffic usually bottlenecks around Tigard or Lake Oswego and is slow going from there to Portland.

The Country Club is now under new ownership and is now open to the public for the winter months. Both offer exciting 18 hole courses featuring sand and water hazards. These courses are also lined with gigantic trees. This creates a serene feeling and when the clouds are low,and is a memorable experience.
