Al Wusta is a region of Oman, with its central Arabian coastline, extending inland into the desert.

Haima, Al Jazir, Mahout and Duqum are the major cities of Al Wusta Region. Region includes the wusta desert of Oman with most of the oil companies working here. Also contains Arabian Oryx Sanctuary project to protect the wildlife species.
