From Adoor to almost every nook and corner of Kerala, buses are available. The most frequent route is Thiruvananthapuram to Trissur via Adoor. Apto 1AM the frequency of the same is fairly good. Other major routes through Adoor are:

From Thiruvananthapuram to Adoor - 2 Hrs From Ernakulam( Cochin) to Adoor - 3 Hrs max. with out halt

For internal Travel minimum charge will be 10 rupees and every one KM they may charge 8 ruppes in day time and 10 rupees and may be more in Night times. Auto may be available even throuogh out day at Central Bus Stand.
