Maybe you are right. I've thought about that severeal times. But every visitors guide uses this separation because these districts are seperately located. That's why I've considered to seperate these districts. I am aware about Sihanoukville's size. That's why I used a shorter template for the districts. But the Serendipity Beach is definately to small. I am going to have it deleted. What do the other Wiki-Traveller think about that? I is no problem to merge the information into the main article.
