[bearbeiten] Diskussion:Daytona Beach

Ist ja nett, dass du das hier rein schreibst, aber was soll uns das jetzt sagen? -- Albion 03:31, 20. Aug. 2007 (CEST)

Traurig. Ich spreche Deutsches, nicht außer Babelfish... (Gamweb)

I'm sorry. I wanted to know, what we're supposed to do with the two links you provided. The link to the English article is already included in the German one (in the sidebar on the left). But we can take some pictures from Wikitravel/shared for our article (I think that's why you put the weblink in). I just asked, because its always a little bit problematic, when someone puts a weblink on a discussion page without further information what to do with it. We had a lot of vandalism on the German Wikitravel over the past weeks, so we're a little bit sensitive to such edits. Now I know from your username that you contributed much to the English article, it's fine. For future edits like that it would be nice, if you put a comment next to the weblinks, so we now what you mean. You can do that in English, that's allright on the german wikitravel. I'm sorry for the tiny misunderstanding. And let me say, you did a great job on the English article! -- Albion 08:04, 20. Aug. 2007 (CEST)
Thank you, yes I wanted you to see the English article and photos and see what you can use to develop the German page here. I can use Babelfish to change the text to German, but I dont really know how well that would turn out... (Gamweb)
I would not recommend Babelfish (or any other online-translator) for an article. The results are not really good. You can understand the context, but grammar, choice of words, etc. are often full of mistakes. At the moment I sadly don't have the time to do major additions to the article, but I hope someone else will do. German Wikitravel is just recovering from a major crisis in which we lost many active users to other travel projects, so maybe it can take a while. -- Albion 22:00, 20. Aug. 2007 (CEST)
